Meet the Founder

Sarah is the founder of Sweet Dreams Care Co., a company born from a passion for caring for newborn infants and supporting new mothers in their postpartum journeys. Sarah is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based postpartum and newborn care and has over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, including specialized work as a NICU nurse.

Holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, she combines advanced expertise with a personal touch, inspired by her own experience as a mother to three beautiful girls. Her mission is to empower families to make informed decisions and build confidence in their parenting journey, from newborn care to mental health support and beyond.
